What about team members who only track time?

Team members who only need to track their time (like contractors or part-time staff) are free. You only pay for users who need access to CRM, invoicing, or other full features.

What payment methods do you accept?

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. Baseplate is built on AWS with enterprise-grade security. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We maintain SOC 2 compliance and regularly undergo security audits.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly subscribers can cancel anytime and won't be charged again. Annual subscribers can cancel anytime but will retain access through the end of their paid year (no partial refunds for annual plans).
